[Eddy] is a sound installation designed to pierce, encircle and project audio around and through Audio Visual Gallery.

Presented in the Darkside Gallery, Under the Rose is a sculptural installation of new work by Karin Strachan consisting predominantly of cast resin pieces.

Caves are made of rock but not this cave is a collaborative exhibition located in the Lower Gallery that brings together new work by Sian Torrington, Joan Fleming and Rachel O’Neill. 

Presented in association with Puaka Matariki Festival Dunedin 2012, The Stars Have Always Risen refers to the fact that although the Matariki constellation has marked, and been celebrated as the beginning of the new year by Maori since pre-European arrival, celebrations dwindled in the 1940s.

While Chris Hargreaves' Notable Serenity in the Audio Visual Gallery may be intended as a tool for considering our physical environment, it also serves as a reminder that it is beneficial to get lost occasionally in contemplation.

Located in the Darkside Gallery, Fallen Empire: the Museum of True History [MOTH] presented by artist Karl Chitham with writer Dr Jack Ross to explore the collections of the little known Society of Inner Light.

In the Lower Gallery, Artifact extends Caroline McQuarrie's ongoing investigation and combination of craft based practices and photography in contemporary art.
