Atomic David Haines

David Haines is a Sydney based artist who practices predominantly as a video installation artist. He explores the notion of personal cinema and video through a form of electronic writing. Haines has shown extensively throughout Australia and internationally. In his solo exhibition  Atomic he replaces the characters from an existing 1950's film with the shadows of ghosts and finally lets them speak to the world, for it seems that sadly we often do not listen enough, to what these beings have to say as they "unfurl the chaos beneath the sky."
