David Hatcher's Works on Paper consist of portraits of G8 leaders, from Paul Martin (Minister of Finance, Canada), to Kiichi Miyazawa (Minister of Finance, Japan), to Paul O'Neill (Secretary of the Treasury, United States of America). Next to this, multiple grids of smiley faces are each subtly different in order to represent each member of the European Union.
