Juggernaught Don Hunter

In the East Side space, Don Hunter presents Jugger-naught. Hunter has build a machine that processes identity cards that are marked with individual human fingerprints. The fingerprints are authentic, collected from real people. The machine processes the cards, rejecting those that are different. Hunter plays with the idea of how we (society) react to real and perceived differences. The rejected cards are shredded and blasted into the gallery space thereby forcing the viewer/participant to walk on the remains.

Presented alongside Richard Reddaway Untiled (pornography). Both exhibitions work with critiquing, destroying or changing representations of the body.
