lab201 Hamish Pettengell

In the Westside, Hamish Pettengell's lab201 deals with biology - a wold of microcosmic viruses and bacteria, focusing on disease. As well as a strong aesthetic quality, this exhibition has implications as a metaphor for the wider wold, cellular constructions being controlled and defined by text, in much the same way that scientists attempt to control and define organics.
